One Grade Level Change Per Month of Activity
Apprentice 3rd Class / 2nd Class / 1st Class / Licensed Apprentice Builder
Journeyman 3rd Class / 2nd Class / 1st Class / Licensed Journeyman Builder
Builder 3rd Class / 2nd Class / 1st Class / Licensed Builder
Expert 3rd Class / 2nd Class / 1st Class / Licensed Expert Builder
Master 3rd Class / 2nd Class / 1st Class / Licensed Master Builder
Example:
When a new Builder Character is created, they start out as an Apprentice 3rd class. Assuming they stay active and actually Role Play creating something, they will get promoted at the end of each month. So, the first month they Build/Play, they are a 3rd class Apprentice. At the end of the second month, they are promoted to 2nd class. At the end of the third month, they are promoted to 1st class. At the end of the fourth month, they are promoted to being a fully licensed Builder of that particular class. At the end of the fifth month, they can contact their superiors and request a promotion to the next level grade class. Their superiors ... or council of Builders, will take one months time to review that Builder and his/her work, then respond to their request. If they are deemed worthy of a promotion, it will be granted at the end of the second month that the Builder obtained status as a fully Licensed Builder of the previous grade class.
